Welcome to Halal Kitchen Klub!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Halal Kitchen Klub's Website, located at https://hkklub.org and the rules and regulations for booking a cookery class for your child.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Halal Kitchen Klub if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

By booking a cookery class with Halal Kitchen Klub you agree that:

1. Your child will arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled start time of your class. No refunds will be given to late arrivals.

2. Your child will wear practical clothing, a minimal amount of jewellery and hair tied back where necessary.

3. You understand and agree that you are ultimately responsible for your child's own health and safety and that there is an element of risk inherent in participating in a cooking class.

4. Your child will follow all our instructions for the preparation, transportation, storage, heating, cooking and consumption of meals.

5. Your child may be photographed or filmed during the class for promotional or memory-sharing purposes. Please let us know if you prefer they are not included.

6. We reserve the right to remove a child from the session if their behaviour puts others at risk or disrupts the class.

7. Our liability to you shall not exceed the total price charged for any classes you have paid for.

8. Only children which have been paid for are allowed on the premises whilst classes are in progress.

9. If your child is unable to attend due to any reason:

   1. You can cancel your booking for your child but please try to send another child instead as we won't be able to refund you.

   2. If you are cancelling your booking you are required to inform us via email no less than 48 hours in advance.

   3. If you are sending another child in their place you are required to inform us via email no less than 48 hours in advance and provide the name, age, and contact details of the new child’s parent.

10. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. By participating in our cookery classes, you agree to take full responsibility for your child in the following circumstances. We do not accept liability for:

    1. Any health issues or food-related concerns resulting from how your child prepares, stores, reheats, or consumess food after the class has ended.

    2. Loss or damage to personal items while attending our sessions or visiting our premises.

    3. Any injuries or accidents involving your child during their participation in our cooking activities.

    You acknowledge that attendance of your child is at your and their own risk, and agree to indemnify Halal Kitchen Klub against any claims or costs arising from these events.
